Abstract
With the fast development of wireless sensor network (WSN) and the Internet of things (IOT), as the key technologies of both of them, the security of nodes of networks is becoming more and more important. Compared with other protocols, hierarchical topology has advantages in energy saving and network control, but almost none of existing hierarchical protocols has been considered about the security when nodes join in or quit from the network, while it will badly threaten security of network. In this paper, secure mechanism on nodes joining in or quitting from network is deeply studied, and a secure clustering algorithm is proposed to make sure nodes joining in and quitting from network safely (NJQS) based on authentication and secret telecommunications. The simulation results show that the NJQS algorithm is effective and secure.
