The monitoring pre-warning system of trade operation and the handling mechanism for trade frictions in China

With the reinforcement of China economic strength and rising of international trade position, China is facing up to more and more trade frictions. Not only the rate of increase of trade frictions become quicker but also the fields, means, products variety involved in trade frictions are all more and more. Particularly, the amount that developing countries brought forward antidumping investigation against China has exceeded the amount that developed countries did. China should positively establish friction pre-warning system to deal with the increasing trade disputes.
