Abstract :
Among the control devices, PLC has many advantages, such as high reliability and flexibility, and it can adapt to the severe environment. It has been widely used in all kinds of automatic control systems. Through the study of transformation plan of replacing original automatic bus transfer system of low voltage distribution built by relay, this paper firstly gives a detailed introduction of software and hardware configuration of PLC when transforming relay-based automatic bus transfer system, and then by giving a new design of transformation of automatic bus transfer system of relay, we has significantly improved the reliability of the power supply and distribution system.
