Abstract :
This paper presents the performance of a textile patch antenna array under different bending conditions. Input impedance and radiation patterns are investigated based on numerical and experimental methods at 2.45 GHz. A 70 MHz resonant frequency shift is noticed when the array is bent around the X-axis with a 40mm radius. The array radiation characteristics are significantly changed when the array is bent at a small radius.
