Abstract :
With the development of economy, the water resources shortage has become the hot issues. Correctly appraisal the value of water resources and then making reasonable water price has become solved problems. By analyzing the influencing factors of water resources value, the paper established water resources value appraisal index system. Furthermore, the information entropy and unascertained measurement are applied to established water resources value appraisal model. And then the model is verified by the example of SHANXI province. The researched results would provide reference to correctly appraisal water resources value and make water resources value.
