Abstract :
In this paper, based on previous studies, with the factor of the Chinese labor market prices are rising, through the labor transfer model and Cobb - Douglas production function, finally give a mathematical model and calculation method about how to calculate the rural surplus labor transfer in the regional economies and Lewis turning point.
