Abstract :
Machine repair queuing system is an important direction of research, In this paper, we deal with the M/M/R machine repair problem with balking, reneging, and server breakdown. By using the matrix geometric solution, we give the iterate formula of matrix. In addition, we develop a cost model and investigate the numerical example analysis.
