Abstract :
A microfilm retrieval system was developed. The system has the following features: browsing, interfacing of the ISDN (integrated services digital network), networking between the microfilm and a computer and easy operation using a mouse. The contents of many books and materials have been copied into the microfilm retrieval system already. The retrieval system can be used for long distance access. It has a multimedia database structure
