Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to explore the service innovation model for Taiwanese cultural and creative industry and analyze information and communication technologies (ICTs) impact on service innovations activities. A case study of the Cultural and Creative Industry Park at NTUA illustrates the five-dimension service innovation model framework. This model can be related to new service concept, new client interface, new service delivery system /organization, technological options and new service transfer system. The fifth dimension expresses the new service concept synthetically, supports by the factories and organization, and keeps relationship with the new client interface.
