This paper validates the ideological and political teachers´ Teaching Effectiveness lists using SPSS17.0 Stat. software and structural equation model through questionnaires. It measures the ideological and political teachers´ Teaching Effectiveness in Hebei province and analyzes the significance of difference for Teaching Effectiveness evaluation in the correlation statistics variables. Finally the factors influencing the ideological and political teachers´ Teaching Effectiveness have been found out.
