Abstract :
In order to improve production efficiency and product quality, field data of production, especially key data, need to be sent to the chief engineer and the manager for making the proper decision in time in modernization enterprise. In this paper, a production process information integration method based on OPCXML was proposed. The client program of OPC (OLE for process control) for obtaining field data from industry Ethernet is designed for the remote monitoring system. Besides, the redundant AC800F controllers of ABB Corporation are used as field controllers to design the distributed control system (DCS).
