The teaching mode of integrating theory and practice in computer is a new teaching mode.After introducing the new mode ,the paper analyzed the teaching mode and presented the problems and advantages in managing students of the teaching process.The main problem is that students don´t listen to their teacher in classes and do the other thing with their computers.We presented the method resolving the problem in the paper.The advantages which the new teaching mode provides include check on class attendance and answering students´ questions. These work can be completed by a special management software and teachers do nothin fo it.We have designed the special management software,such as assistant system ,which is able to resolve the problem and utilize the advantages in the new teaching mode.The paper provided the components and configuration of the system. in end.
