Abstract :
Global Value Chain is a new theory with which we can fully resurvey the global economic structure and development to analyze global industry relations and industrial cluster´s upgrading issues by combining two visual angles of microcosmic and macrocosmic. Several aspect will affect cluster´s upgrading including the global value chain governance mode, the industry character of local cluster, the chain´s driving mechanism, enterprise´s distribution in the cluster, and so on. This research then suggests several upgrading strategy selections of local cluster.
