Abstract :
Trade credit is a form of credit, which can be an alternate credit funds support the business. In china, due to the underdevelopment of the financial market, SMEs unable to obtain sufficient funds from bank. There is a large demand about trade credit for SMEs. This article studied SMEs´ trade credit distribution through building regression model with GDP. The results find that SMEs´ trade credit distribution is uneven in China, however, not only have correlation with GDP, but also affected by industry and other factors.
