Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.

This paper aims to explore a channel in which teachers can use heuristic teaching to construct students\´ consciousness, and promote their physical and mental health to make sure that students are able to "learn with pleasure and know how to learn." So that we can really enforce Education for all-round development throughout the daily teaching activities. In this paper, we consider doing a good job in all aspects of teaching and improving students\´ ability as a beginning .We had achieved good results through a large number of examples from the four aspects on how to effectively organize the curriculum of College Physics and how to reform the teaching methods.
