Abstract :
The development of e-commerce has dominated the business field step by step. Unfortunately apparel manufacturer is the one who have gained the least benefits for its specific features. This paper will figure out the obstacles of traditional apparel industry along its value chain. With the development of business-to-business and business-to-customer e-commerce, the apparel manufactures recognize the huge potential of online market. They try to adapt the business strategy accordingly. Finally we propose how to run the innovative apparel industry to the best.
