Research on Enterprise´s Dynamic Capabilities Action Mechanism

The basis issues of strategic management revolve around how companies gain competitive advantage and expanded, dynamic capabilities is one of the current research focus, but more dynamic capabilities to focus on what is and what do, or from certain related factors on the dynamic capabilities research. The paper aims to explain the source of dynamic capabilities, through to existing dynamic capabilities theory´s combing, maximize the organic integration of the existing views. By ability specific perspective reveals the source elements of dynamic capabilities, analyzing the action mechanism of dynamic capabilities are and identifying the main factors affecting the dynamic capabilities for enterprise application dynamic capabilities. This paper is the theory of dynamic capabilities to further research and practical application of enterprise´s dynamic capabilities have important guiding significance.
