Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The working group teaching method is a kind of practical teaching method which has been formed by the combination of the "team and group" work model of the traditional enterprises in China mainland, the training mode of senior technical staffs since the 1950s in China mainland and the modern concept of vocational education of the "combination of work and learning" in current China mainland. It aimed at training vocational students\´ "the professional ability for sustainable development on the basis of "normalization (work method), systematization (specific vocational skills), batch training (training practitioners), whole process (comprehend a project), situation teaching (operating methods and techniques), regularization (the progress of teaching) and synchronization (education program)". It implemented the teaching of course design, graduation project in practice teaching to achieve the full experience of professional knowledge. The teaching method was used in the teaching of the advanced vocational applied technology course design and graduation project in two vocational colleges in Henan and Hebei respectively in past five years. The training method for training high-quality applied talents with "great actual combat ability" has been explored and a very good teaching result has been made.
