Abstract :
With the increasing application of maturity model in the field of knowledge management, knowledge management maturity model is causing widespread concern of practitioners and researchers. Based on deeply analysis of ideological source of maturity models, this paper analyzed basic characteristics of knowledge management maturity model and comprehensively compared from key process areas and maturity level, revealed the basic structure of knowledge management maturity model for modern organizations providing some references to select and implement knowledge management maturity model.
