Abstract :
A hybrid detection scheme, requiring neither hard decision nor power estimation, inserts a zero `isolation bit´ into the information bit sequence for every M bits (before modulation), with considerable reduction in computational complexity. A linear equation system is presented and an example of Monte Carlo simulation assuming ten active users is reported
