    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.

    We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

    With the development of 3G and new media technology, demands for the multimedia products of digital society is increasing in a large amount, in order to satisfy the demands, "multimedia product design and development " that is offered should be in line with schooling notions of higher vocational colleges, that is "four cooperation" (cooperation in running school, cooperation in cultivating, cooperation in employment and cooperation in development). The teaching design of this course stresses "double subjects of college and enterprise, unity in learning and practice" in personnel training mode for training specialized personnel with high quality and skill.
