Abstract :
In view of the development of high speed network and the challenge to congestion control, By deeply researching route buffer and packet loss rate performance for high throughput of N-TCP, which is based on equivalent noise model and bandwidth estimation. Simulation results indicate that N-TCP can get more stable and higher throughput than TCP Reno significantly in the situation of high speed network with low router buffer, and it has better ability on RTT fairness compared with HSTCP.
