Abstract :
Fermentation process of glutamic acid is a very complicated industry process, which needs different environment parameters and has seriously nonlinear and instability. So the key is to choice the suited controller parameters to ensure a valid automatic control for fermentation process that is essential. By studying optimizing method of PID controller parameters, the PH value control for fermentation process of glutamic acid has taken as the research object. The field data is processed, the process model of PH value control by BP nerve network is constituted, the control system has built by combining the PID controller and the model, the parameters of the control system have optimized by the improved genetic algorithm. The simulation result indicated that the obtained optimization controlled parameters satisfy to the performance need.
