Abstract :
In order to handle accidents seriously, strengthen the accountability and promote further implementation of responsibility system for production safety, it is necessary to establish a scientific and comprehensive accident management regulation by using advanced information technology to standardize the process of accident management. Beginning with research status, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of current accident management, then proposes the functional requirement of accident management information system and describes the function design as well as the database design. Further more, this paper proposes a solution to solve problems of multi-system integration and data-sharing.
