Abstract :
New generations of field-programmable gate array (FPGA) technologies enable the implementation of system-on-a-programmable-chip (SOPC) computing platforms that provide many opportunities for configurable computing. The paper introduces a new type fault detection system of high voltage inverter on SOPC, and gives a method of data collection, data processing and fault diagnosis based on SOPC technology. The control method of taking full advantage of the programmable logic device technology features has greatly improved the capacity of the system´s real-time diagnosis. The speed of data processing and fault diagnosis is increased by SOPC. It can be used in others faulty detecting system, which needs a real time control applications.
