Abstract
In China, the work of large consumers direct-purchasing undertakes the tasks of optimizing the allocation of electricity resources, speeding up industrial restructuring, enhancing the regional overall economic competitiveness and promoting harmonious and sustainable development of China´s economy, environment and electric power industry. Considering the actual status that the total amount opened for direct purchasing electricity in China´s present market is certain, based on the admission standards of large consumers direct-purchasing, and applying Pareto optimal distribution theory, this paper establishes series model of large consumers direct-purchasing. With some data of consumers´ information of power-supply enterprises from some urban districts in China, this paper finally proves this model´s effectiveness and practicability through measurement and calculation.
