Abstract
Scanning electron microscope image acquisition leads to distortion of object shape when the object is moving sufficiently fast during acquisition. The algorithms used up to now are not optimized to this problem. In this work, modifications to existing algorithms are proposed which make these algorithms robust against these distortions and allow robust tracking of the objects.
