Abstract :
As to the problem that small sample data often occurred in port throughput prediction, this paper predicts the port throughput of Lianyungang based on GM (1,1) power model of grey system. In terms of parameters setting, GM (1,1) power model is more flexible than the traditional GM (1,1) model. The realistic simulation and prediction results show that, GM (1,1) power model can plays better in analysis and modeling on port throughput when the number of date is less, furthermore, the model has a certain practicality and reliability.
