Abstract :
We present the performance characteristics of our state-of-the-art highspeed VCSELs operating with extreme temperature stability throughout the linear output power versus current region, and we demonstrate that packaged high-speed (25G-40G) VCSELs are ready for product insertion in short-range communication systems.
