Abstract

Based on the analysis of present rural development situations of commerce & trade field, this paper illuminates a new information platform, called Commerce & Trade Circulation Information Platform (CTCIP). The platform is not a simple software or a hardware, but a synthetic system, which integrates effectively government, enterprise and social resources and provides a new idea of promoting development of rural commerce & trade industry. The paper pays emphasis on introducing the construction plot, data flow and operation model of CTCIP, and the main components of CTCIP are given. At last, a summarizing is given.
