Abstract :
By the use of duality theory and the moment method, the electromagnetic simulation of slot lines and CPW´s are studied. A simplified method to take into account the effects of an air bridge by duality theory is proposed. Therefore, a new unified method of electromagnetic simulation for uniplanar MMIC´s is presented. The simulation examples proved that this method is effective
