Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of pile-soil-structure interaction(PSSI)on vibration control of adjacent buildings with pile foundation. Firstly, assuming that the adjacent buildings are linked with the control actuator of ideal hydraulic servo-system, based on the Penzien model, the calculation model of adjacent structures with pile-foundation in consideration of PSSI is established. Then, the motion and control equations of adjacent structures are derived, and the influences of PSSI on vibration control of adjacent buildings are analyzed. Finally, the influences of parameters of soil and structures on structural vibration control are researched. The results show that the PSSI has an obvious influence on responses of adjacent strutures, and the change of control force of PSSI is not very obvious, The parameters of soil and structures, such as shear-wave velocity and stiffness of pile, play a significant role on control.
