Abstract
Shows how an entire domain moment method can be employed to accurately investigate the effect of both internal and external mutual coupling on the resonant properties of slots in a planar slotted-waveguide antenna. The analysis is initiated by establishing a set of integral equations. Instead of assuming the field distribution on the slots, a set of basis functions are employed to simulate precisely the field. Galerkin´s method is applied to transform the integral equations into a matrix equation. Resonant length and resonant conductance are computed in the presence of both internal and external mutual coupling. The results are in good agreement with experimental measurement
