Abstract
Time-resolved magneto-optical absorption measurement in a photoexcited AlxGa1-xAs-GaAs quantum dot array is carried out under the photoexcited condition. Though magneto-optical measurements of a quantum dot array have been done by several groups to study the electronic energy levels influenced by magnetic field, few of them discuss the width of the absorption peak, which will give the information on electron interactions. In this work, a slight absorption peak shift and an increase of the full width of half maximum of the peak are observed and we discuss in what they originate
