Abstract :
Sawtooth signal at 2.5GHz has been obtained with an RSOA of 1GHz bandwidth. A measured wavelength shifting of 2.5GHz, obtained with the RSOA chirp induced phase modulation, allows 5dB Rayleigh Backscattering effect mitigation.
