Abstract :
The thesis analyzed the research state of the heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) at home and abroad, put forwards a dual-pressure tri-inlet HRSG device for power generation which can recover low-grade and medium-grade waste heat at the same time. With the example of waste heat power generation system for Sintering cooler in the iron and steel enterprises, the new type HRSG device for power generation was discussed both at the structural characteristic and technical feature, and a single-inlet and tri-inlet were compared, the calculative results showed that the capacity of the turbine-generator unit matching the HRSG increased from 8.2MW with single exhaust gas inlet to 10MW with three exhaust gas inlets. The results have a guiding significance for the development and research of HRSG for power generation which is fit to various high-energy consuming industries.
