Abstract
Based on the calculate analytical theory, The free cable of self-anchored suspension bridge is simplified flexibility cable loaded uniform dead-load along arc length and fixate joint linked sling and cable, The unstressed length of main cable of Chengdu Qingshuihe self-anchored suspension bridge is calculated and analyzed by the FORTRAN program. A reference is provided for the design and construction of this bridge.
