Abstract :
To efficiently cope with document query optimization problem, an efficient document query optimization algorithm based on locality preserving projection (LPP) and shuffled frog leaping (SFL) algorithm is presented in this paper. The document discriminant features are first extracted by the LPP algorithm, then the SFL algorithm is used to retrieval relevant documents based on the extracted features. Extensive experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves much better performance than other conventional document query optimization algorithms.
