Abstract :
To study the impact of the instrument test precision caused by the outer gimbal disturbance torque which relevant to structure of instrument, design test of separating outer gimbal disturbance torque of PIGA on three-axes turntable; The test of testing PIGA having position error of three-axes turntable has been analyzed, the reason of arouse three-axes turntable position error is location error and dynamic unbalance disturbance, and the effects on instrument test of two kinds error is researched. Adopt total least squares with noise removing to compensate position error of three-axes turntable is proposed. The test shows that the existing of outer gimbal disturbance torque influencing the testing precision of PIGA, and the compensated effect of using total least squares in test error of PIGA.
