Abstract :
The paper develops a multi-hierarchical fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate and rank the economical campus. The study adopts AHP method, one of the multiple attribute decision-making approaches to calculate the relative weights of sub-attributes. An example calculation is provided to offer ways to improve the efficiency of economical campus construction. The evaluation results reveal that the utilization of energy-saving hardware and technology has the greatest impact on economical campus comprehensive evaluation. It is further revealed that the cost-saving measures and saving effect should be equally important in the economical campus comprehensive evaluation. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework of a more suitable approach to achieving economical campus, and help decision-makers choose the most appropriate methods to ensure more high efficiency campus.
