            Abstract : 
A ground reconnaissance radar system described in this paper can provide all-weather, day-night surveillance and searching of vehicles, pedestrian and moving targets on ground. The system operates in CW mode and employs a solid-state transmitter with transmitting power of 0.5 W. The radar operates at Ka-band with high resolution in range and velocity measurement
