Abstract :
This paper describes a new method for locating a short range target based on range-difference information from a T-R4 multistatic radar system using an FMCW signal. Formulae for the target location are derived independent of transmitter position coordinates, which is very suitable for applications that require a flexible transmitter. Performances are simulated with the present algorithm and the results are presented for various conditions
