Abstract :
Flood control and drought relief have great significance on people´s production and life. The government has to make correct decision in time. The analysis of rainfall data provides strong support for decision making. The previous hyetographs were almost made manually with trivial process. The system makes rainfall data into hyetograph. It provides intuitive, convenient disaster prevention decision service. The system has been tested, and it has played an important role in the flood season.
