Abstract :
In this paper, a brief description of the application of a new type of MMWDMVP device in modern radar and communication techniques is given. A linear polarized wave entering the device is converted to vertical, horizontal, positive or negative circular polarization or an arbitrary polarized wave in its output. Theoretical analysis and design of the sectional ferrite phase shifters are presented in detail
