Abstract :
An accurate and efficient numerical solution is presented for the two-dimensional electromagnetic wave scattering from multilayered resistive strip gratings embedded in a dielectric slab. The problem is formulated into the set of integral equations, which is solved by moment method with the regularization procedure. Numerical computations are carried out for both scattered and absorbed powers
