Abstract :
A new method of fault diagnosis based on network-induced delay is presented in this paper to solve the problem of optimal control in networked control systems. The probability distribution of the network-induced delay is discussed. A stochastic optimal controller is designed, which is shown to render corresponding networked control systems mean square exponentially stable.
