Abstract :
Fresnel zone plate (FZL) is fabricated on low loss higher resistivity semiconductor wafer. Illuminating the light to semiconductor, both the transmitted millimeter wave (MMW) power at the focus and the focal length of FZP can be controlled by photo induced plasma injection. The modulator shows the effects at sub-millimeter wave frequency band
