Abstract :
It is necessary to hit accurately the head of the strip for applying absolute AGC in hot rolling mill, important means are to improve accuracy of set-up model and convergence of self-learning model. For improving automatic gauge control precision and quality of the whole strip, FMN is proposed to correct gap of the rolling by fast hydraulic pressure system. FMN action table in different rolling rules is calculated, which gives attention to flatness&gauge based on increment equation of hot continuous rolling and date of 1700ASP. Application results are provided to validate the method and ameliorate greatly quality of the strip´s head.
