Abstract
Investigation for the diagnosis of diabetics based on cavity perturbation technique is presented. Rectangular wave guide cavities at S, C and X bands are employed for the investigation. The method is mainly based on the fact that the complex permittivity of human serum and urine under diabetic conditions vary considerably from that of normal case
