Abstract :
The bandwidth performance of a thinned phased array consisting of a circular array with 16 elements with various tapped delay line configurations was investigated. Five- and nine-jammer scenarios are considered. A brief description of the broadband array model is presented. Simulation results for the steady-state nulling performance of the adaptive array with one, two, and three tap configurations are presented for five- and nine-jammer environments. It is shown that the use of a tapped delay-line improves the nulling performance of the adaptive antenna, as expected.<>
